The music project Damroka Kaszëbë Joł was inspired by compositions of Marek Romanowski created for a documental impression of Adam Ciborski ...ale to już czasy stare. To the melodious, energetic music of Romanowski Damroka Kwidzyńska wrote texts in the Kashubian language. This unusual marragie of contemporary compositions and a regional language has already been appreciated by listeners of a view Polish radiostations that presented singles: Kaszëbë Joł, Pludra and Treker.
Unconventional combination of folk and pop with the Kashubian language is not only a great fun both for the musicians and listeners, but also a way of promoting the culture of Pomerania and the language itself.
