ART LINE PROUDLY PRESENTS OUR COLLABORATION IN BETWEEN BALTIC COUNTRIES DURING 2011-2014.

WE ALSO INVITE YOU TO TAKE THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE PART OF A FUTURE SCENARIO FOR CULTURE IN THE BALTIC AREA
 

  • Take part of the insights and experience of a European Commission Flagship-project. Art Line is now in the Action Plan for the European Union Baltic Sea Strategy. Culture is for the first time seen as an important factor for development in our regions.
  • Share your ideas and contribute to a future Baltic co-operation in arts, academies and cultural tourism. The Art Line partners work for a continuation. Be there to change and influence.
  • Get your own copy of the catalogue of Art Line. It has a world release in Gdansk February 4th.
  • Take part of some of the art projects made during the project 2011-2014, it is a unique chance to experience some of them again in new locations.

Art Line has built up a cross-border network of 14 art institutions, museums and academies in Sweden, Poland, Germany, Lithuania and Russia. Art in public space, both in the digital and physical locations, has been one of the overarching topics, as well as experiments in art and digital media technologies. Add to this the increased knowledge and experience of working methods, skills, culture and history. Art Line has arranged exhibitions, workshops, seminars and projects produced for art institutions as well as for urban spaces, parks, at sea and the Stena Line ferries going in traffic between Karlskrona-Gdynia. Art Line has also conducted open contests for artists where a number of works was realized Online and on Art Galleries.
