Premiere of Katarzyna Groniec long play

Katarzyna Groniec - an outstanding artist, awarded many times and loved by the public for her charm, irony, lyric, stage charisma, but most of all for her great interpretation skills. She is the laureate  of Young Talents Festival in Poznan (1988) and of the Grand Prix and the Journalists Award of Festiwal Piosenki Aktorskiej in Wroclaw (1997) . In April 2008 Katarzyna Groniec was awarded the "Diploma of Mastery of Aleksander Bardini".

Katarzyna Groniec debuted as "Anka" them musical "Metro" in Teatr Dramatyczny in 1991. She has performed in musicals and tv shows, cooperating with many great directors among the others with Krystyna Janda, Wojciech Kościelak, Artur Barcis, Janusz Józefowicz, Laco Adamik and Jerzy Bielunas.

On the music market Katrzyna Groniec debuted with the albm "Mężczyźni" ( 2000), produced by Grzegorz Ciechowski, also the author of most lyrics, music and arrange. Katarzyna Groniec has recorded songs of Asji Lamituginy, Wiktor Woroszylski, Konstanty I. Gałczynski, Marek Grechuta, Edith Piaf, Leonard Cohen, Jacques Brel...

In 2002 Katarzyna Groniec published the album "Poste restante" , in 2004 double album "Emigrantka" and in 2007 her first containing only her compositions "Przypadki", her following albums were "Listy Julii" from 2009 with songs of Elvis Costello, and album with her compositions "Pin-Up Princess" from 2011. Her newest album "Wiszące ogrody" was published in march 2014.

"Zoo z piosenkami Agnieszki Osieckiej" is the title of a concert- the musical meeting with the songs of Agnieszka Osiecka, confronted with Katrzyna Groniec's own artistic sensitivity. This songs are among the others "Wielka Woda", "Kokaina", "Dzikuska", "ZOO", "Piosenka o życiu ptasim", "Ja chcę spać", "Rodzi sie ptak".

The songs are arranged by Łukasz Damrych (keys). The band also includes Tomasz Pierzchnik (double bass) and Łukasz Sobolak (drums)
