"Convert to object". Exhibition of Marta Branicka
The Baltic Sea Cultural Centre, 19-01-2012 - 07-02-2012
Exhibition of Marta Branicka entitled Convert to object presents steel sculptures with transparent forms. Title of the exhibition is related to popular graphic program, which has been used by arist during designing of the project. Stark forms balance between mechanical and organic world, they constitute elements of compositition and transfigure space of the gallery.

The presented exhibition constitutes a picture of a tourist trip into a specific territory non- places. As a picture of negated places those spaces are the areas of repressed memories . They define more who we are not in the previously existing place, which at that time was important and intimate.Exhibition will be open:
