Faith, hope, love - indifference

Faith, hope, love - indifference is an intimate record of one of the stages of the young artist’s life. A transitional, evanescent stage, which was captured in the form of a painting installation with elements of sound. Justyna invites us to enter her inner sanctuary. This sanctuary has a unique, thought-out construction. In its elements, just like in a magic mirror, we observe reflections of herself.

Entering the installation we  stand in the face of the artist's reflections on faith, love, hope - the basic values in her life. We are experiencing the complexity of women's view of the world. Paying attention to the symbolic meaning of colors and allegorical thinking, Justyna exemplifies these values in her self-portraits. The module, entitled Faith opposes the vision of a woman created by the church and the one targeted by nature. In Hope Justyna, holding a mysterious rope hangs in a void of her expectations from life. The central element is, by no accident, Love. Here we see the artist balancing on a stool, losing contact with reality. The composition is complemented by Indifference, personified by a male figure. It is a foreign element, which helplessly faces  the complexity of women's perceptions and  her emotional world. Or, perhaps, he is to complement this world?

My installation is a painting of my interior. I don’t paint with a sense of mission - to make the world a better place. Painting has always been and will be for me a form of self-therapy and self-discipline. Realizing that I present the most important part of myself, I hope to remain in a dialogue with myself and the audience. Let us therefore enter this world and open the dialogue.
