Magdalena Jankowska's exhibition Spojrzenia

Magdalena Jankowska is in love with seaside themes. In her works, she often returns to topics related to the sea and the beach. In the BSCC's Gallery in the Old Town Hall in Gdańsk we will see pictures with a holiday and sun-filled meaning. The artist is mainly known for her mural Mewy Origami in Sopot. The gulls fly over the Spatif building and are also visible from the Boto Theatre.

Magdalena Jankowska was born in Gdańsk and currently lives and creates in Warsaw and Sopot. She graduated the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. The characteristic shadows play roles in the paintings, the Artist catches the golden hour in painting, when the shadows are clear and strongly contrasted.
