Review of Japanese film [CANCELLED]

The Japanese cinematography, although not commonly known in Europe, achieves a worldwide recognition. Names such as Akira Kurosawa, Jasujiro Ozu, Takeshi „Beat” Kitano, Takashi Miike or Hayao Miyazakiego are the best proof of it.

The Baltic See Cultural Centre and Ambassy of Japan in Poland invite you to the review of contemporary, less known Japanese films. During the screenings we shall - among other - present one of the less known films of Takeshi Kitano (A Scene at the Sea, 1991), Japanese drama films (second day) and popular genre cinema (third day).
