Brave Kids – Tricity edition

This year Brave Kids Gdansk is taking place as an art summer retreat for children. The effects of the 2-weeks work of our pupils will be presented in 17th July in St. John's Centre.

This summer Educational Challenge, in cooperation with the Baltic Sea Cultural Centre, is organising an extraordinary event. Brave Kids is an educational project connecting groups of children around the world. They differ in life experience, artistic sensibility, religions and culture. What they have in common is willingness to create, openness to another human being and incredible ability to break borders built in adult's world.

Because of the pandemic, this year we are carrying out our project in a form of summer art retreat. The classes are taking place 6-17th July (working hours). To sum up the work, the children will present a performance. You can see it on Friday, 17th.

During the 2 weeks, the Brave Kids - children from Ukraine, Belarus and Poland - are working with 3 art instructors. The kids will show that with their skill sharing, cultural exchange and willingness to learn, they can prepare a wonderful performance in just 10 days.

You are required to fill in the registration form (in Polish). Participation in the event is equal to accepting security terms & conditions (regulamin). The participants are also required to sign a health statement (attached below).
