Multicultural Pomerania – a series of artistic events at the Baltic Sea Cultural Centre in Gdańsk. The aim of the events is to present cultural and artistic potential in Gdańsk and Pomerania citizens of various national and ethnic origins (immigrants, ethnic majorities).

The project focuses on passing the initiative onto the participants who represent different cultural backgrounds. We want to support the artists in their projects – they will be carried out together with the BSCC. Our team of specialists will offer a wide range of support, including showing how to prepare a budget and an agreement in line with the Polish law, as well as organising and promoting the event. We will also provide a small financial support for realisation of the best events to be held in Old Town Hall or St. John’s Centre.

This way we wish to include our newcomers in cultural life of Pomerania so that multiculturalism becomes the trademark of our region. The events of the Multicultural Pomerania will take place throughout the year as a supporting programme of „Window onto the World” Festival of Cultures.
